Throbbing headache

Lately I've been having pretty bad dull aches in my head, not the headache variety. It's more like, a dull pain everytime I try to move slightly vigorously. It's been going on for about 4 days already... I don't know what to do. I tried eating panadol, but it's no use, so it probably confirms the fact that it is not a normal headache. So. I honestly don't know what the hell is wrong other than the fact that it's killing me.

So yesterday I missed Jeremy's 21st party cause I was really having a hard time moving around. Pain was quite bad yesterday. I can't even bear to pick up his phone calls. Feel so bad now. Guess I'll call him back later.
