Lucid Dreaming
A little something before I head off for school.
Just borrowed a book called 'The Art of Looking Sideways', this compilation of really interesting subjects, concepts and thoughts. There are several intriguing theories and such... like the one under 'Dreams'. Apparently Celia Green, a (something, insert occupation starting with psy- ending with -ist here :D), from the Institite of Psychophysical Studies Oxford did this study of dreaming patterns and found out that to a certain extend, we can actually control what we dream of!
There are 3 test subjects, and all agreed to 'meet' in their dreams, the venue being a park. That night, two of the test subjects dreamt that they met each other in the park, and while waiting for the third subject, started chatting. The next day, both recorded the exact same dream. When the third subject arrived (not in the dream, in real life), he apologised, cause he forgot to make an 'appointment' before he slept, therefore not turning up for the meeting.
Wonder if that's real... I mean, I can be quite gullible at times. :D. Maybe will borrow the book to take a read.
