I have not had dinner at home for a long time, and I feel really guilty. I know there are people for whom eating at home is an occasional thing, but it is different for me. I guess I am a little more homeward bound.

Since last last Sunday, I haven't really had dinner at home... and it makes me sad. I haven't seen dad for a long time too. Since 23rd actually. 23 was bash, had dinner at Sakae then went to to the Xmas bash. 24 was spent with Sam at Suntec, had dinner at NYDC. 25 was spent with the Uni crew, we had dinner at Marina Bay. 26... was I can't remember. Oh it was potluck at Augustine's place. 27th, 28th and 29th... can't remember too. 30th, I had meeting-dinner with Yantyng, Ken and Larry at Causeway Point. 31st, was out with the FOC crew (Delvin, Yingyin, WeiH, WeiS, Mark, Kelvin, Coreen, Grace and Kelvin's gf) at MAgic Wok or something like that.

So actually am supposed to have dinner with some ppl later at Cineleisure... but in the end I didn't go. Oh well.

After signing the contract with the Suntec Development people with Larry on Monday, we went over to the Esplanade library. Had wanted to go for movie or sth, but nothing on. Then I wanted to look at the movie transcripts that Leroy was telling me about at the Esplanade Lib. Borrowed the Armageddon one. HAve I todl you guys I loved the movie? Have it at home on DVD. So it's pretty interesting, watching the movie and reading the master script also. You guys should try it.

Some reasons why I like the movie Armageddon

1. Bruce Willis -- 1 word. Heroism rocks. Bruce Willis is sexy as hell in the movie. Those eyes! Yes, I love older men.

2. Liv Tyler -- I wish I could look like her.

3. Billy Bob Thornton -- Yes. I am a very weird person. But I find Billy Bob very attractive in this movie. Maybe not in real life. But in this movie he rocks. Now I know what Angelina Jolie sees in him (pre divorce). Heh. I think it's the power-intensity factor again, like Willis.

4. William Fichtner -- As again, I'm a very weird person and I have strange attractions but take a look at this

5. "We win, Gracie" -- As in the line itself. I teared before that, but this really set me off.

6. Steven Tyler's voice -- It actually sounds good in the theme song.

7. Heroism -- A.k.a Bruce Willis

8. The kickass monster armadillo thingy -- I couldn't find a pic of this but will willingly lend you my dvd to show you how cool it is.

I'll try to recreate this. Damn. Long. Post.

I just wrote a whole chunk of thing, and blogger ate them up. Thanks a lot.

"You're unpredictable but I still love you baby

Okay. The 1 week update. ARGH! THis is going to be horrendous! This is going to be looong. On the other hand, maybe not. Depends on my mood, surely.

20th Dec. - Went shopping with Sam to shop at Taka. Bought some tops from Phuture London, 1 of which is not me... I'll admit that, but it was cute. And this really funky book, which graphic design by Jordi Labanda. Loves it. Like mad. Grah! That book's cute I can't bear to use it! Hoho. Actually what I remember from this day came from Sam's site... haha. For the life of me, I can't remember what I did before or after that, although I'm sure there was sth.

21st Dec. - WeiHerng called and asked if the gang would like to go watch LOTR ROTK. Which is Lord of the Rings - Return of the King. Which makes me wonder why I typed the full title out even after I used the abbreviations, making it more of a hassle than a convenience, which is what an abbreviation is supposed to bring right? Cause if I wanted to write Lord of the Rings - Return of the King, I'll just write Lord of the Rings - Return of the King in the first place instead of writing both LOTR ROTK and Lord of the Rings - Return of the King. And now I've just wrote a whole bunch of stuff, which further wastes my time, when in the first place, my aim was to use abbreviations to cut down on time taken. This is all because of my compulsion to type out everything in full so that in the future, by any chance, if I were to forget what LOTR ROTK means, I'll still have an answer. So why didn't I just type it in the first place? Why? Why did I use an abbreviation? Cause I wanted to save time. But then again....

Forget it.

In short, LOTR ROTK (see above for what LOTR ROTK means) is a movie that makes me really really speechless. It's such a beautiful film. I have no idea how to go about telling people that it's a great movie without sounding cheesy and cliched, so I'll just leave it at that. It's a beautiful movie. And everyone must watch it. Because it's beautiful.

We watched it at Shaw Towers (NOT Shaw House aka Lido). We being Me, Val, WeiSheng, WeiHerng and Sam. Shaw Towers is smelly and sticky. So there. We went to Cafe Cartel later for a supper sort of thing.

Anyway, Hobbits are as cute as elves. In fact, doesn't the word 'hobbit' crack you up already? I think. Pippin. Is. Really. Cute. And he's so... short. Isn't he cute? Aww.

Hm. Later we went to Cafe Cartel to have supper.

Fact of the day - Did you know, that I was supposed to be at the Student Leaders' Camp that night? Bet you didn't. Hoho.

22nd Dec. -- I have no idea at all what I did.

You know what is it that I absolutely cannot tolerate? People typing 'Your' instead of 'You're'. It drives me absolutely nuts.

I just got my results, and I realised I have been studying with overachievers and math-sci-ey types. I've also realised that I'm not like them. I've taught myself to accept it, and take Larry's consolation.

"actually u did quite well in the sense u excel in those u can excel in..one offs like it,fa,econs i hope will not occur again.."

Strangely, I think that helps.

Anyway, it was West End Meet today. Didn't play much but well... it was really fun :D Next time I'll have to play more. Argh. Weisheng just asked me to write the WEM article. Bleaaah.

What people deem as trash...

OCC on Sunday is actually quite fun! I don't know why people think it's something to be dreaded. I found it really... well, really fufiling?! Okay... I'm not going to go off on a tangent and tell you how OCC builds character. Although it does. I know it sounds cliche. Hoho. But there is something really nice about going round blocks of HDBs and getting old newspapers, clothes, electronics etc. I'm er... actually looking forward to do it again. Hahaha. I don't know. I must be the only one. Maybe I'm feeling like this cause I had a great group.

Okie, so my group consists of Val, ZhengWei, Edmund, Kelvin, Steve, Adel, Yap, Sharon and some other people... they come and go and we switched groups. Okie. Our aim was to get good stuff, like TVs and other electronics. Haha. I actually 'got' 3 TV sets, which I think is quite good. Haha. And other funny stuff we got... stationary bicycle/cycling machine thingy etc... can't remember. You'll be surprised at the many different people you meet.

My first TV came from this really nice uncle. Whom, I think, woke up after I rang the bell several times. Haha. I wanted to walk away but in the end he opened the door looking quite er... pissed? Haha. But then again, who won't be pissed looking before the first cup of coffee eh? He's quite a nice person.

There's this family. I sincerely believe that they buy up newspapers, do not read them, store them in a corner of their house and wait for us to come, so that they can donate it to us. HAha. I went up to their house to er... what do you call it... solicitate? And this lady opened the door, and asked what are we doing this for. I was a little stumped, and then Adel's-friend-who-looks-like-Alvin came over and won the lady in an instant. Haha. Then she let us into her house, and we saw 4 towering stacks of newspapers, perfectly folded. I was stunned. Haha... later she convinced her husband to give the TV set as well. And the old computer. We were, of course, delighted.

Hm... And the last came from this uncle, who beckoned me as I walked pass his house. I was quite surprised, as he has already given some newspapers to my friends. I was thinking what could be possibly want.. then he told me he had a 24" TV in perfect condition that he doesn't want, cause he is moving?! And that if we had come 2 days earlier, he would have given us another 29" which he had given away earlier. Haha. I was a little apprehensive going into his house... stranger after all, so I got ZhengWei and Val to come in too. Haha.

And there are several funny people... I went to this one house where there are 2 guys... around our age. I think they are indonesian students or something. Then I asked them if they have any stuff to donate... then they gave me funny looks. Then he told me to wait. One walked into the room, and another went to look for a paper bag. Then after 5 minutes, they came out with a plastic bag of clothes that looked... quite new?! I don't know... I was about to tell them not to bother if they didn't have any... hoho. There were still a lot of incidents like these. I just can't remember now... :)

Might be going for another OCC at the start of Jan. Okay, I'm a loser :p but I'm looking forward to it.

Wednesday. The girl did NOT go to Zouk

Hm.. Wed was quite slack. Was actually supposed to go for meeting in the morning, then out with the guys for dinner, then hit Zouk with the rest of the crew. But cause Mum was sick in the morning... and I never dare to leave Mum alone at home when she's sick. I worry like crazy, so I stayed home with her.

LEft home in the evening about 6 after Dad came back... Met Val, WeiS, Weih and Yanting at Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao at Taka. The food is... well, okay, I guess. Given the price. And the noodles are very Nooch-ish. Haha. It's not unappetizing, but it's not fantastic either. I don't know what's the fascination about eating noodles with a bowl as big as your face and with a ladle and chopsticks. Somehow, a lot of places are finding it trendy to do so. Like, whatever... it's so difficult to eat it like that.

Later we went to CoffeeBean to hang out until they head to Zouk for some bash. Met Corraine, Delvin and Yingyin there... so we sat together. Chatted a little... and then they went off to Zouk... and being the good girl that I am, I went home... Haha. No la... I just wasn't in the mood to club. So. Actually made plans to meet Cher and her friends there... but in the end she didn't join us cause I wasn't there?! Haha.

Ok

Enough with the comparisons, Channel U. I don't give a damn if your TV ratings are better than Channel 8's. The comparisons turn me off. I USED TO watch your shows. USED TO being the keyword. Grow up please. Your stupid ad in the Streats newspaper is bugging me.

Btw, this made me laugh

From Match.com (No dearies, I don't go there on purpose, it popped up) - 'Meet your match anonymously and securely...on match.com'. Surely that doesn't make sense.

V.GoodActually
Watched LoveActually with the gang yesterday. Was very very good. My heart just broke when the Mark guy stood outside Kiera Knightley's door holding the placards with the words 'You're Perfect', knowing that he can never have her, much as his heart belonged to her. That was so beautiful. *Sigh. Another moment I loved was the absolutely beautiful conversation (can that qualify for conversation?) between sexy Colin Firth (Jamie) and Aurelia (what a pretty name)

J (in Eng) - That's the happiest part of my day, driving you.
A (in Por) - That's the saddest part of my day, leaving you.

*Sniff. Richard Curtis, you're genius.

The movie made me want to go out and love someone.

Don't just sit there gaping!

We had dinner at NYDC Wheelock on Thursday before the movie. Food was good, but what's interesting was these 2 guys who sat beside us. There were in the restaurant before we went in, and were still waiting for their food after we ordered, got our food, and were almost finishing.

After about 45mins - 1 hr of agonising wait, guy1 told his friend guy2 that he was going to talk to the manager.

Guy2 grunted. He doubled over in his seat in starvation.

You know what is so funny?! It turns out that one of them had actually ordered the exact same thing was my friend. Haha. I'm not sure if their order was acidentally passed over to our table. In any case, he didn't do anything about it; he just watched as his order end up on our table. Don't just sit there and gape!

PS and Bugis

Funny how you start out to shop with one objective, and then totally ignore it. I started out with the plan to buy clothes. I ended up buying lots of scented candles from this shop at Bugis Village. Anyway, BV is going the way of Heeren, FarEast. They have this level 2 thingy that caters to the teeny bopper market. Out of sheer curiosity, I went there.

The funny thing was to go up there, you have to first search for the entrance to the second storey. And believe me, it takes a lot of work to locate it. And when you locate it, you will do a double take. That is because you'll get the feeling you're entering a (I'm going to quite crude here) sex den. Nah. I was kidding. But it does have that kind of feeling. So PS and I were joking about it, when this group of prepubescent girls with truckloads of make up and slutty clothes walked past the stairway. That broke me, and I started to giggle like mad. Dearie, girls in Thailand were sold unwillingly to the sex trade. Here we have 10 year old girls dressed like they want to seduce boys and men alike. What's with that?! You're 10 years old! What's with the make up?! Say it with me 'Beee.... Naaaatural'.

The above paragrah is so vicious. But I stand by my point.

Yeah. In the end I didn't buy any clothes. I got lots of nice candles though. PS is fun to shop with also. Haha.

Oh yeah. 2 free calendars are ours! Muahahah.

Listening - I will buy you a new life by Everclear
Thoughts - Don't try to act high and mighty with me, You narrow minded pig. This is directed at you-know-who

Continuation of my recaps

6thDec (Saturday) - Had MC meeting on Sat. Was damn late... as usual la.

I can't believe how fricking narrow minded Kevin is on the issue of SE. The SE committee had met up with the Dean and the Alumni President last week, and both Prof Tang and Mr. Yeo were so keen for Bizad Club to co run this project. It's such a great idea, just that Kevin's so fricking narrow minded. GrAH... I can't stand him. I've actually foresaw his problem during the SE meeting with Prof Tang and Mr.Yeo, and I brought up his possible objection to Prof Tang. Prof Tang actually said 'Ask him not to be so narrow-minded.'

That's what Kevin's problem is. He keeps wanting us to do those small projects that granted, benefit the students, but is so... peanuts that the students are not even interested in it. What students are actually interested in are bigger projects. We are business students, for godssakes. They want big opportunities. We are not keeping this project for ourselves in the club, but opening it up to the students for them to take up. It might not affect the entire faculty population, but it allows many of them a chance to participate in something that brings experience to them. What part of that doesn't he understand?! I'm so irritated with him. Here's a chance to improve the event status of the club from one of internal events to an external, far reaching one. God, can he stop being so goddamned conservative? I actually told him what the Dean said, albeit paraphrased so as not to embarress him. I actually said 'We must be more broad minded' as opposed to 'You are narrow minded'. I'm pissed.

Anyhow, later had lunch with some of them, and then went to JP to meet Alex for a movie, as Dad directed. Ended up watching Looney Tunes Back in Action. Not very nice, wasted a free ticket, bleah. HAve to hang out with bro-ster more as won't be seeing him much... going to OBS or sth like that. Blah. Yeah I'll miss him.

7thDec (Sunday) - Happy Birthday PS!. HEr Bday is actually on the 8th, but we celebrated with her on Sunday instead, cause it'll be the best day for her surprise! PS, Ming, Sam and I went to the Zoo! PS didn't know where we were planning to go, but I think she guessed. Haha. Bought us sandwiches. Haha. Had a lot of fun at the Zoo, thanks to free tix from Sam's Aunt. Haha. Took 2 rolls of film... haha. We were shutter happy. Took the kids train and stuff... haha. Basically acted like kids... haha. Since the hols, that was probably the most relaxing day I had. Later went to dinner with Sam at Fish and Co, and we chatted over some stuff. Haha. Like what is important in a guy. I think we came to the conclusion that we want a perfect guy. Hahah.

Truth be told, I was quite disappointed with SL, who didn't even make the effort to come. Sam even took leave to come celebrate. I think it speaks of the importance of friendship eh... I was quite disappointed. But whatever. It's PS's bday... since she didn't really mind, I can't say anything either. I can only be pissed at the fact that after so many times I messaged her about the day's plans, she didn't even message me back about not coming. I had to ask Ming to find out. Bah. Whatever.

Going back to school for meeting now.

SPG?!

Okay, this will be a short recap of my chalet days.

3rdDec (Wednesday) - Had meeting in the morning regarding FOC Programs. It feels fun already, and I can't wait to work on it. Was allocated the event I'll be IC of. Hee. Made plans with Wendy to go to the MC chalet at East Coast later. Went home to pack, then Wen can't make it on time, so I went first. Can you believe that I actually have no idea at all how to get to East Coast?! Haha. I seriously have no idea. So I called Larry and asked him to direct me. WeiHerng called me too, after I sent them a panicky sms. Haha. In the end, ended up on the bus, asking this lady to tell me when to stop at PArkway PArade. Followed Larry's directions, but can't make it. In the end he came over to fetch me. Haha. It was a LONG walk!!! Said it was 20-30 minutes. It felt like more than that! Haha. What's happening to my stamina. Hai.

REached the chalet and went upstairs, and suddenly everyone was like 'Christine!!! Come here!'. They wanted to scare me. Haha. Played some Truth or Dare (boring). I was saboed (must say that Weisheng tried to save me. Haha) and had to choose between Truth (Who would you like to french kiss in this room and why. Thanks to Diana) and Dare (Call KaiAn and tell him he's damn cute and blah. Thanks to WEiherng). So I called Kaian of course! Turns out his hp's not switched on (Haha) and I was forced to answer the dumb qn. I randomly picked one of my friends. Haha. Hope he didn't think I was serious. Truth is, I won't want to with any of them. Hah. Many secrets were spilled. LAter we opened the Tequila that Zhenwei brought and played guessing game. Haha. WeiSheng kept saboing me!!! I had to drink 3 times in a row. Hpmf. Luckily PeiLing and KEv blurred/helped me at the last time, so I didn't have to drink so much after all. Erm later sat ard and talked about creepy stories. Usual. Cliche... yawn

4thDec (Thursday) - This is a fun day! :D:D Went Kayaking with Steve, Kailee, Weiherng, Zhengwei, Peiling, WEisheng and LArry in the morning. Somehow ended up kayaking with Larry. Now. I went canoeing before, and so had a sort of 'history' with canoeing/kayaking. However, it's not enough, cause Kayaking is a partnership thing, and I don't have the strength. And the worst thing is, Larry had no idea how to canoe! It's okay at first, cause well, it can be easily picked up. What he chose to do was to lie back and kayak. Anybody knows that if you did that, your strokes won't be powerful enough right? Right? WeiSheng and Peiling kept saying that Larry was slacking and shouted at him to stop slacking. Haha. They pitied me... haha... it was damn funny as they kept shouting at him, and praising me. Like Weisheng was like 'Christine's the star player! She cannot be injured!' and Peiling saying that I was her idol. Haha. Zhengwei and Weiherng were stranded early in the trip; turns out that they were sitting backwards in the kayak! Hahah. Damn funny, cause they kept going round in circles at first. It was fun! :)

Later I went home to sleep as wasn't sleeping very well last night :) HAha. Shhh!

Later at night, went to Centro with Sam and her friends for the NUS/NTU bash, and then planned to go back to chalet with Wendy, who's there as well. Met Yushan, Xena, and some other of Sam's friends. Oh yeah, met Kimmy too. Danced with them for a while, and then found Wendy and her friends, and KaiAn and Mingyao and their friends; basically one NUS group la :) Switched dancing between the 2 groups for a while; I love both my groups of friends just the same. Haha. Was fun. After Sam and co. left, went over to dance with Wendy and co. They were crazy man! HAha. Had lot of funky dance moves. Hung out till about 3, then went to Lao Pa Sat to eat. Oh yeah. Mingyao told me them guys had this voting thing at MArche dinner a couple of months back and he thought I was most likely among the girls to be SPG?! Haha. I think he was not too sober. Anyway, I don't know if that's an insult or compliment. HAHa.

Went back to chalet and went straight to sleep.

5thDec (Friday) - Went home from chalet, and slept for a couple of hours. Met Mum later to do shopping :D:D for CNY clothes. Bought something pretty from M)phosis. I love shopping with mum. :) *Hugs Mum. She bought some Herbal egg ingredients from Eu Yan Sang as she knew I loved the EYS herbal eggs. She's a dear. Bought some other stuff too. Went home and dad was there watching TV, looking at us like 'These 2 women in my life... loves shopping.' Haha.

Monday, December 08, 2003

I felt I should make a list. I’m feeling bitchy, and there are now a million things that irritate me, so I present the list for

What I detest.

1. People who send smses to you starting with ‘So Suay! (Unlucky)/ Fuck it!/ Bloody Hell!’ and any of the variation. I don’t care if the expletives/ unpleasant words aren’t directed to me. It makes me pissed all the same. Do YOU like receiving an sms, opening it to see a ‘Fucking Hell’ greeting? Please, there is something called courtesy and politeness. Maybe that’s foreign to you. So I’m bringing it to your attention now. Get an education.

2. People who cut into queues. Don’t you know basic courtesy?! You dumb asses! And what pisses me off even more is that they do it so nonchalantly is what irks me the most. They are so… stupid. Don’t they realise how uglily they behave? Are they morons? There was once when I was first in line at the bus interchange, and then this malay woman came with her child. And she just walked indifferently into the queue in front of me, as she was blind to the fact I was there! Oh the cheek! I keep looking at her directly, and she avoided my stare. As she got up the bus, she tripped on my foot. Hah. And the funny thing is, I don’t even know how she did it, as I didn’t even plant my foot anywhere near her. See, I told you these people are morons.

3. People who still wear those No Rules shirt and those pictures of baby with piercing shirts. It was ugly when it first came out. It is still ugly now. If anything, it’s out of date and ugly now. You guys are idiots.

4. The MediaWorks/SPH (they are synonymous to me) advertisement with the 2 pencils? I hate it. If Today has a higher circulation than Streats, it HAS a higher circulation than Streats. Blunting their pencil and sharpening yours wouldn’t make viewers sway to your paper. If anything, it just disgusts me and makes me hate you more. Let go of comparison already! Holding on to something like this will cause you all to have heart problems and die 10 years earlier.

5. People who walk slowly.

6. Girls with boyfriends who like to look at me 1) suspiciously or 2) smugly when they walk past me with their boyfriends. For case 1, please! I don’t know what your puny brain is thinking of. Either you are just stupid or you have so little confidence you think that this girl walking past you and your boyfriend without any interest at all, is planning to steal your ugly boyfriend. Get a life. For case 2, I think your boyfriend is ugly anyway, like you. You are truly a match made in Hideous Hell.

7. The chinese TV show Xi Jie Shao Nian or ‘Westside Story’. I know I shouldn’t comment on it since I’ve only watched 10 minutes of it, but the entire show screams poseur! Gangsters are so passe! Those clothes and the story line… *shudder. Nobody should be allowed to watch something like this. What really turned me off was that guy with the long hair tied back? The leader or something like that. It really disgusted me when he slapped a girl. What kind of man does that? Only petty men. In this case, a petty man who looks tres awful.

All right, I guess it’s all for now. I’ll think of more later.

Today's buzzword is Meeting!

Just a quick run through of the happenings of each day. This is going to be boring for readers who don't know me. And whatever. I write whatever I want. This blog is not to entertain (although I know some people are amused), but so I can look back 20 years later and know exactly what I was doing on the 29th Dec at 3.30 pm. Hah.

Friday. - Went back to school for the Acad Comm meeting. I can't remember what I did next... Oh yeah. I remember now. Hung out at the lounge with Yantyng and her friends after the meeting as I was meeting the bazaar committee people for lunch. It's so weird you know. My whole gang's in bazaar comm except for me. Not that I'm upset or anything, cause I couldn't join due to a time conflict between bazaar and acad week. Anyhow, hung out at the canteen after lunch cause it was raining. Went to the look at the bash comm work on the banner after that. Er. Not very happening. At night went to Taka with the parentals for dinner. Was supposed to go to Genghis Khan, but we ended up at Seoul Garden. Don't ask. Went to the lib too. Heh.

Saturday - Went for the Social Entrepreneurship meeting in the morning. I think (Ha ha, think. No I'm Sure) that I still don't know the SE comm very well. I mean, I know Kaian, Kengleong, Cheryl and Celeste, but the rest are all very foreigh. Talked a little to Xiao Jia on Sat. She's cool. Actually had another meeting for Startup@Singapore at the same time, so I think Yantyng represented us. Later went to meet Sam at Suntec to er... hang out. Hah. Wanted to buy some Pooh stuff for Val and Cher for xmas or sth. But the er... affordable ones are not very nice... so. Haha. Oh yeah. Me and Sam made a promise that if by 15th Dec, Eeyore is still there, we'll buy it for each other. Hahah. See, we did take steps to prevent ourselves from buying it. We are not splurging. And we watched the Spongebob Squarepants show. Hahaha... I like Patrick Star a lot. He's adorable. Gah! I can't believe I'm admitting my love for kid cartoons on this blog! Bleag. Argh. What the heck. I love Satchel from Get Fuzzy also. So there.

Sunday - Okay, Sunday. Guess what. I did something to my hair, so now, none of you guys can ever recognise me by my hair already... sigh. People used to recognise me by my hair, cause... well it's different. Now it's so common. I love it and hate it. For one, it's easier to manage, but then, I've just lost my identity (ok so I'm being over dramatic). Okay, so I was at WestMall looking for a place to do treatment for my hair. I wanted to go to Kimage but was quite far and I'm lazy... Ok so I ended at this place called CosLab. Didn't wanna go ProTrim or JAntzen. Try sth different right? Alright, so the initial contract was for treatment only. 70 bucks. Then the hairdresser guy kept asking me to try rebonding. Okay, people who knows me know that I loathe rebonding and I'd NEVER EVER go for rebonding and I told Mr. funky hair dresser that. He told me it's not rebonding, but more of a blow dry effect (that is damn ex btw), and I thought, what the heck, just go for it. It's 120 bucks btw. So the total is 170 bucks (as I got 30% off on treatment. I told the parentals 100 bucks.) And now my hair is freaking straight. Wth. I hate it hate it. But the general consensus was good, though people cannot recognise me. Oh yeah. In the time period of 2 hrs I spent there, my hair was washed 3 times. So I guess that's value for money. Bleag. Mr. Funky hairdresser told me as I left that I should come back to do my colors. I think not. I think I'll have to survive on bread crust and NeWater for a month. Complained to SL, PS, Val, MM and Sam. Would have complained to all of the gang if 1) they were in sg 2) I had enough sms.

Monday - Went back to school for 2 meetings. One with LArry and Ken about SE, and the other with Mr. Lawrence of the Career Office. Actually was supposed to meet the guys for tennis in the morn, but I overslept, so I didn't go. Met them for lunch though. All of them noticed my new hair immediately. Weiherng said he can't recognise me. Heck. I can't recognise myself. Weisheng says it's the same (?! what on earth? it's so different). Anyhow, don't think I want to recap the meetings. It's be extremely boring yah?

Sigh. I have another meeting with the Alumni and the Dean later at 6.30. 6.30!!!! Who on earth proposed such a weird timing anyway?! Gosh. I hope they don't propose dinner or anything. I won't know what to say to them. Oh yeah, and 2 other meetings tomorrow. FOC and with the assistant dean about the enhancement program. Grah!!! And I still have not packed for the chalet yet! Argh! And the form for the Student Leader's Camp! Argh! Argh! Argh!
I want to runaway. I don't want to go for anymore meetings. I just want to stay at home for one day and rest. Is that too much to ask?
